EarthBound Mr Carpainter Battle
Paula was kidnapped by Mr Carpainter and Ness travels to Happy Happy Village alone to rescue her. Ness has to battle all sorts of enemies along the way but once he reaches Happy Happy Village, he finds it all blue. Ness finds Mr Carpainter and he asks him to release Paula but he refuses. Mr Carpainter strikes Ness with lightning but the Franklin Badge reflects it back. Ness battles Mr Carpainter but finds that he is pretty strong but Ness does defeat him. Ness learns that a mysterious status called the Mani Mani statue was behind the corruption of Mr Carpainter and gave him great power. After Ness defeats Mr Carpainter, he frees the man from the illusion he was under and restores peace to Happy Happy Village. Ness and Paula head back on their adventure.
