Super Mario Kart Intro
Super Mario Kart was the first game of many Mario Kart games to follow. This game debuted for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System and was a hit. Race as you favorite Nintendo characters in 50cc, 100cc or 150cc circuit action. You can race against the computer, with a friend, participate in battle mode, or even a time trial mode so you can figure out what to do in each course. This was an action-packed racing game and it was easy to bump your opponents from the race using power-up items like the mushroom to get a burst of speed, the red shell would automatically spin-out whoever you aimed it at, the lightning bolt would make everyone miniature and would slow them down so you could race by them or run them over. A great game for the SNES and it lead to many more Mario Kart games after the huge success of this game. Here is the Super Mario Kart intro that started it all.
